With the concierge medical model, we have more time to develop meaningful, supportive relationships, provide the highest quality of care, and serve as our patients’ advocate, whenever needed…at the office, during regular hours, or in the middle of the night. GREAT HEALTH STARTS WITH THE RIGHT PROVIDER

We strive to provide our clients with more than just healthcare. We go above and beyond what the traditional primary care practice offers. Our holistic, proactive approach to healthcare addresses your physical, mental and emotional well-being through one-on-one counselling and comprehensive diagnostic testing. So you receive the extra time and attention you deserve. There are a few options for payment, by appointment, monthly, or yearly fee. Depending on your needs we can work together to decide what is right for you.

YEARLY OR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly membership fees:

• Children 0-19 years old – $25/month with at least one parent membership

At this time, we are not able to provide routine vaccinations. Call to discuss how we can help arrange these for you.

• Adults 20-44 years old – $75/month
• Adults 45-64 years old – $100/month
• Adults 65+ years old – $150/month
• Employer groups with 5+ employees – $75/mo/adult
• Nursing home and home-bound patients – call for details

Our pricing system is very straightforward – just like it should be. No hidden costs or impossibly complicated invoices. If you have questions, simply ask. We’re happy to walk you through anything. We’re glad you’re here.

Because our providers have reserved their time for a select few, there will be no “squeezing you in.” You’re a priority and you’ll feel like one.

Full access via technology.
You’ll be able to reach our team via phone, e-mail, text, webcam and more. The sky is the limit.

An annual physical.
This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you and your specific wellness goals.
