“If I have health insurance will this benefit me?”
YES! If you have a deductible with your insurance company you may find that you budget your health care needs. That is not good health care. At Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine you pay your monthly fee or yearly membership fee (average $600, see fee schedule below) and you now have unlimited access to a knowledgeable provider. With your standard medical practice and insurance carrier…If you have to pay a $500 deductible to go to urgent care on a Sunday for strep throat or a simple UTI you then will often have to pay an additional physician fee, a radiology fee and then 20% of the entire bill as most insurance companies only pay 80% of your visit. At Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine you pay your yearly fee or monthly fee and you can come see Tara as many times as you need throughout the year. We are a phone call away.
“Is there a limit on the number of visits I have per year with my membership?”
No! You can come see Tara as many times as your health needs. Weekends included.
“Does Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine accept health insurance?”
No. Happily, no. Perhaps the most critical distinction in our model of care centers on a direct, personal relationship between you and your provider. We see no reason for any insurer to have a voice about either the quality or the cost of your family’s care.
We forgo insurance payments in order to save our patients from the arbitrary, intrusive decisions that inevitably follow with third-party payors. Furthermore, this direct fee-for-services arrangement frees us from the typical contractual agreements that prevent providers from offering wholesale prices on laboratory tests, imaging, and medications.
“As a patient of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine will I still need health insurance?”
Yes. We recommend our patients continue a major medical plan with a high deductible and health savings account to ensure financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary.

Children 0-19 years old, $10/month with at least one parent membership
At this time, we are not able to provide routine vaccinations. Call to discuss how we can help arrange these for you.
Adults 20-44 years old, $50/month
Adults 45-64 years old, $75/month
Adults 65+ years old, $100/month
Employer groups with 5+ employees, $50/mo/adult
Nursing home and home-bound patients, call for details
Our pricing system is very straightforward – just like it should be. No hidden costs or impossibly complicated invoices. If you have questions, simply ask. We’re happy to walk you through anything. We’re glad you’re here.

Literally. After hours, weekends, holidays – there’s no bad time to receive excellent medical care.

You won’t feel rushed through an appointment and there’s never a question you won’t have time to ask. Part of the relationship you’ll build with your doctor is based on your understanding of your care. That’s what we call personal healthcare.
Same-day and next-day service scheduling.
Because our providers have reserved their time for a select few, there will be no “squeezing you in.” You’re a priority and you’ll feel like one.
House calls.
We understand there may be times when making it into our office can be challenging and a home visit would be more beneficial… in these circumstances, our providers or nurses will come to you.
Full access via technology.
You’ll be able to reach our team via phone, e-mail, text, webcam and more. The sky is the limit.
An annual physical.
This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you and your specific wellness goals.
