Just a friendly reminder of our Cancellation and Booking Policy

At DCCM our goal is to accommodate each and every one of our client’s scheduling needs. We ask that you please call us at 603-783-1087, or email us at tara@thedccm.com to cancel or reschedule an appointment you won’t be able to make AT LEAST 24 hours prior. Many of you reach out via social media but that is not always a DCCM team accessed form of communication. All of your scheduling needs can be met by calling, texting or emailing the office. Our email and phone is managed daily and hourly. By utilizing our phone and or our email; we can be sure to get right back to you.

📆 As many of you know, we have implemented a new Booking Policy. We ask that a credit card be held on file at the time the appointment is made. We do offer complimentary consults however, if you no show or no call your appointment time you will be charged a fee.
💻 Our cancellation policy and fee schedule is on our website at www.surfacemedicalesthetics.com as well as you will receive an emailed copy at the time your appointment is made. If the client fails to reschedule or cancel their appointment within that 24 hour mark, or no shows the day of, DCCM has the right and will charge the client accordingly to our cancellation policy. If the patient reschedules or cancels 24 hours prior, there will be no charge incurred.

💎 We have a waiting list of clients that are eager to get in with us, so we are trying to be respectful of everyones time and busy schedules.

📢 As a courtesy to our clients, reminder emails as well as appointment confirmation text messages are made 48-72 hours prior.
