What Can I Expect During The Procedure?

During treatment, a very thin needle is used to inject small amounts of Botox into specific muscles. By carefully choosing specific muscles, your provider weakens only the wrinkle-producing muscles, preserving your natural facial expressions. Botox NH treatment injections usually take less than 15 minutes. The number of injections you need will depend on your facial features and the extent of your wrinkles. Her passion for wellness and artistry led her to cosmetic medicine, where she’s been practicing for the past 4 years. Kate Genetti

Kate is an experienced nurse practitioner who has developed a diverse and impressive career. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, she gained critical skills working in the emergency room before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. She has also served as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Rivier University, where she discovered her passion for teaching.

Driven to promote wellness beyond traditional medicine, she pursued aesthetic medicine and received certification from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, where she deepened her expertise and commitment to patient safety. Kate holds additional certifications in weight management and is an active member of several professional organizations. Outside of her career, Kate lives in Nashua, NH with her husband, Adam, daughter, Ella, and their yellow lab. How Does Dysport Work?

What Can I Expect During Treatments?

First, we will perform an assessment that will analyze targeted areas, looking at muscle movement and strength. This will help us to determine the amount and location of the injections. The entire procedure takes 10-15 minutes, and you will be able to return to your normal activities immediately. What Can I Expect From DYSPORT Results?

You will begin to feel the effects 2-7 days after the treatment. The longevity of Dysport depends on three main things: your metabolism, muscle strength, and how active those muscles are. Some people will metabolize the product very quickly and need injections more often. Similarly, the stronger your muscles are, the more product you will need. Muscles we use frequently, such as the ones around the mouth and eyes, are more active and must be injected more frequently.

Typically, results last a few months. Because these neuromodulators are temporary, it is best to come every 3-4 months to maintain optimal results. Do not wait until it completely wears off, since there is a synergistic effect.
